The EndNote-Interest Mailing List

Thomson ResearchSoft maintains a listserv for the purpose of providing our customers with a place to interact with other users of EndNote. It's a great place to ask questions, make suggestions, and get advice from other users on any EndNote related topic.

Once subscribed you can send a message to the list. Our mail server will redirect your message to all of the list's subscribers. Other EndNote users can then reply to the list address, so that their reply will also be sent to everybody who is subscribed.

The EndNote-Interest list is moderated, which means all messages are read and approved by ResearchSoft before they are sent out to the mailing list. We will contact you with an explanation if a message you send to the list address is not posted to the list for any reason. However if you have any problems with the list please let us know immediately, by emailing rs.listmaster@thomson.com.

Subscribing

To subscribe to the mailing list you should send the following message to ts.listserv@thomson.com

The first line of the message's BODY should read:

SUBSCRIBE ENDNOTE-INTEREST

Subscribing to the Digest

Many users find it useful to subscribe in digest mode. Once subscribed in digest mode, you will receive all of the list's daily activity in one single message. This cuts down on the amount of mail you have to read and also cuts down on the load our mail server must endure.

To subscribe in digest mode, send a message to ts.listserv@thomson.com

The first line of the message's BODY should read:

SUBSCRIBE ENDNOTE-INTEREST-DIGEST

Posting to the List

Once subscribed you can post to the list by sending email to endnote-interest@thomson.com

Unsubscribing from the List

If you need to unsubscribe from the list, send a message to ts.listserv@thomson.com

UNSUBSCRIBE ENDNOTE-INTEREST
