Instructions are in your manual, or on the RefMan website here: http://refman.com/pr-cont-jan11.asp In brief: 1. Download the output style file (.os) from the RefMan or journal's website 2. On your computer, find the RefMan installation drive. 3. Copy the .os file into the folder Program > Styles

You might not be able to get more than year only...Publication date is the same as Date, Primary for most reference types. I'm not quite sure what you want to see that's different - see the tables for Reference Types and Fields in your RefMan manual to see the field you want to choose.

If the tools were not removed by uninstalling the software through the Control Panel, you should still be able to do so from the COM Add-ins dialog: 1. In Word, click on the File menu and select Options. 2. Click Add-ins on the left. 3. At the bottom of the screen on the right, click the Go button next to Manage COM Add-ins. 4. Uncheck Reference Manager Cite While You Write and click OK. If this does not work, you may need to run Microsoft Word as an Administrator first.
