Hello everyone,
One of our users is having problems with Reference Manager 11.
If he opens Reference Manager and then opens Word everything seems to be
working OK. However, if he opens the two programs the other way around
(Word first), then Reference Manager won't open or, at best, opens and
it refuses to allow him to add or edit any references and then crashes.
He is working on Windows XP and is using Office 2003. He has also tried
un-installing and re-installing both Reference Manager and Office, to no
avail.
I'm hoping someone has come up against this one before and has a
suggestion...
