Sven asks,

However the Term Manger will not activate. Anyone that can solve that
problem."
Sven,
the usual reason you're having trouble activating Term Manager is that
you have not opened the database using Read-Write Exclusive access. You
now have to do this EVEN IF you are using an individual rather than
network version of the software.
