To rebuild a database, find the database.rmd file (where "database" is
the name of your database). Don't open it--just know where it is.
Open Reference Manager, close all open databases, and go to
Tools/Rebuild Database.
Depending on the size of your database, it may take a while. Not an
unreasonable thing to do as you head off to lunch.
