Importing records into Reference Manager

Hi,
I have been using Reference Manager to index journal articles. I would now
like to use it to catalogue books for a small office library. In order to
save myself a little time I was hoping to import records from the National
Library of Canada catalogue. Have any Canadian users tried importing
records from Amicus? Do any American users know if I can import records
from the Library of Congress catalogue? This will be my first attempt at
importing records so I would need step by step instructions... Thanks!
