Hi,
We are using MS Word 2003 and RefMan 11.0.1. There are two features that
do not seem to work for us:
1. Abbreviated page numbers does not appear in the bibliography as they
should according to the output style 2. Number ranges for numbered
in-text citations does not appear, e.g.
instead of [1-4] the citation becomes [1,2,3,4] despite correct settings
in the output style
Is there anything we can do to overcome these problems?

When you generate the Bibliography, make sure you press "Reset" in the
dialog box (upper right), otherwise any changes in the output style will
not be applied.
