There are two features that do not seem to work for us: 1. Abbreviated page numbers does not appear in the bibliography as they should according to the output style 2. Number ranges for numbered in-text citations does not appear, e.g. instead of [1-4] the citation becomes [1,2,3,4] despite correct settings in the output style Is there anything we can do to overcome these problems?
