Karim:
I don't think Acrobat is a problem -- my wife has AcPro Ver 7 running and I
run Ac Pr Ver 6 with no problem with RefMan. Since you checked macro
security the only other suggestion is to see if there is something in your
normal tempate.
Close Word, go to C:\Documents & Settings\[Your User Name]\Application
Data\Microsoft\Templates and take the final NORMAL.DOT and rename it
NORMALKARIM.DOT. Then restart Word (a new NORMAL.DOT will automatically be
created. Turn off macro security, make sure that the CWYW files are in Word
startup and see if it works. If so, you can either rebuild your menus,
macros, etc (if you customized) or just go from there.
Good luck.

Hi Richard,
I also check thar there is no other files in my Word start-up folder.
Some contributor talked about a possible conflict with FlashPaper but I have
Acrobat only.
Do I have to uninstall Acrobat also in order to RefMan to work properly?
Feel depressed <-(

You have to also go to C:\Documents & Settings\[Your User Name]\Applicaiton
Data\Microsoft\Word\Startup and make sure there are no other files there
except two listed below.

Hi Susan,
I opened Word and only check RM11CWYW.dot and RM11CWYW.wll but this did not
change anything.
With Reference Manager opened, when I click on any icon of the RefMan
toolbar in Word, nothing happens.
Maybe I have a problem with the macros security level. I have to check this
also.
Thanks for your answer and have a nice day!

Hi Karim,
You may want to check your Reference Manager addin files in Word.
...go to "Tools > Templates and Addins" and look at the files that are
checked in the box below.
If that does not work, you may have an addin file for Word that is
conflicting with RM's addin files. I had a similar problem with TechSmith's
SnagIt until I disabled its Word addin.

Hi everybody,
I use Reference Manager 11 on a Windows terminal server.
I encounter problems when using the Cite While You Write feature with MS
Word 2003 :
When selecting references in RefMan, and then clicking on "Insert Marked
Reference(s)" the references appear in Word.
On the opposite, when working with Word, clicking on the RefMan toolbar, on
the "Insert Citation" icon, nothing is inserted, even when references are
selected under RefMan.
Did anybody face this problem before?
