Hi Karim,
You may want to check your Reference Manager addin files in Word.
...go to "Tools > Templates and Addins" and look at the files that are checked in the box below.
If that does not work, you may have an addin file for Word that is conflicting with RM's addin files. I had a similar problem with TechSmith's SnagIt until I disabled its Word addin.

Hi everybody,
I use Reference Manager 11 on a Windows terminal server.
I encounter problems when using the Cite While You Write feature with MS Word 2003 :
When selecting references in RefMan, and then clicking on "Insert Marked Reference(s)" the references appear in Word.
On the opposite, when working with Word, clicking on the RefMan toolbar, on the "Insert Citation" icon, nothing is inserted, even when references are selected under RefMan.
Did anybody face this problem before?
