Hello everyone:
This is my first attempt at using this listserv. Hopefully this will go
through successfully.
We are using Reference Manager Version 11.0.1 and MS Office Word 2003.
We have a new user to RefMan. She was able to create a database and
import citations. However when she tries to insert a citation into a
Word document she gets an error message [Invalid Class String].
Does anyone know what this message refers to and how to fix the issue?
