APA formatting issues

Hi - I'm new to Reference Manager and am noticing some issues when trying to format APA style. Are the following bugs in the Reference Manager program? Or, is there a way to get around them? If references are imported through PubMed the journal articles are in MLA format - if they are cited in a paper using APA format, the journal titles are incorrect and (from what I can tell) need to be manually edited Reference Manager seems to completely disregard the APA rules around when and how to use et. al. when doing intext citations (again resulting in needing to manually make changes -- which kind of negates the use of RM to begin with...) Thanks for any suggestions you can offer!
