Hello Reference Manager users,
I'd like to let you know that Thomson Researchsoft Customer Technical
Support has extended our open hours. Support is now available from 6:00
AM Pacific time (9:00 AM Eastern) to 5:00 PM Pacific time (8:00 PM
Eastern), Monday through Friday. Our open hours and holiday closure
schedule is available at
http://scientific.thomson.com/support/techsupport/hours/.
During open hours live telephone support is available at (408) 987-5609.
After hours you can leave us a message and we will call you back the
following business day, or you can always send us an email through our
web site at http://www.refman.com/support/rmtechform.asp.
