I use Word to solve this problem -- create a paragraph in document that
has the references looking exactly as you want (font and size, space
between paragraphs, hanging indent, etc.) Then when you are all done, go
to the Style field and type in a new style name (like "References").
Highlight the updated bibliography and just click on this syle and
voila, the whole biblio reformats.

Subject: <RefMan> changing font in output style
Hi all,
I'm using refman 10, standalone with word/office 2003 if that makes a
difference for my question!
I've generated a custom output style using the style wizard and
everything is great, except the font of the bibliography. When I do
CWYW in word, it gives me the option to change the font for the "title"
of the bibliography, but the biblio itself is courier. When I open up
my output style, I click on the bold F (pop-up window = font dialog box)
and there is a drop down list for the font to be used. However, the
only option in the drop down list is courier. Anyone know how I get the
other fonts added to this?
I know that in word I could just highlight the biblio and change font to
times new roman there, but I would love to have this output style
perfect:
it's one I will use frequently.
Thanks!
