I have a problem when two people (each with Reference Manager 11 installed, but with different databases) try to exchange a document. A reference (e.g., {Jones, 2007 2572/id} will now appear as Jones et al., 2007b; Jones et al., 2007c; Jones et al., 2007d; etc., and appear as multiple entries in the Bibliography. How does one get around this? How does one clean up this mess, without manually editing each reference?
