I've got someone running
Microsoft Office Word 2003 (11.6359.6360) SP1.
Windows XP Professional Version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 Build 2600.
We're using RefMan Network version 10.0.1.
There's no "Cite While You Write" install on the RefMan program
dropdown, no toolbar in Word.
I know there's a fix for this, but can someone walk me through it?
Richard and Becky, the mail list only sends things out sporadically, so
I'm hoping one of you will come to my rescue.
Cheers,
Karyn

Hi Karyn,
Locate the folder where Ref Man is installed mine is (c\program
files\reference manager 10 ). In that folder there should be a file
called CWYW setup.exe
run that program and the drop down menu will install itself. (or just
run a search files for that program)
