How do I set up RM so that I get along one or more of the fields Ref ID, Keywords, Reprint, Abstract and Notes? They are included in the style definition I use for copy and paste (chosen in Tools/Options/General), but it doesn't come along when I do a copy and paste of a reference.
Here is style definition I use:
<[04]·Authors>|·(<[05]·Pub·Date>).|·<[03]·Title>.|·<[11]·Journal>,|·<[12]·Volume>,|·<Page·Numbers>|.|¬
Ref·ID:·<[02]·Ref·ID>|¬
Keywords:·<[07]·Keywords>|¬
Reprint:·<[08]·Reprint>|¬
Abstract:·<[25]·Abstract>|¬
Notes:·<[06]·Notes>|
However, only the first line is pasted.
When I print out e.g. a subject bibliography, using the same style definition, I can choose whether I want these fields printed out, but I can't find out how to control it when just copying and pasting single records.
