The replies from various other people have indicated the "proper" RM
solution which means that you don't need to put in a publication date. I
would be inclined to put something in that area to give an idea of when
the draft/working paper was produced - after all, they will gradually
lose their "currency" - but maybe you will put something in another
field which would help. I hadn't realised the proper solution, so I've
usually put in a guessed date and then put a note somewhere in one of
the other sections to explain the date problem.
