Two questions: 1. When I import citations in RIS from some web sites that contain names with non-English characters (umlats, the French "e" with the accent, Spanish with a tilde, etc.) the special characters get transalated to garbage characters. Is there a way to prevent or fix this other than editing the reference following import? 2. I have some documents where I have multiple ciations at the end of a single paragraph. Sometimes the link to my bibliography will be comma delimited as in "blah, blah, blah (1,4)" but other times it will read "blah, blah, blah (14)" when in fact there should be a citation to item 1 and another to item 4. Is this a minor bug in RM or is this something I can fix?
