We used to get this message also. After un-installing reference
manager, you must also clean the register of any remaining files before
re-installing. This helped us.
However, we encountered another error similar to yours. When view is
clicked we get a 23000 service error. No known source at this time. If
you have any information, we would be glad to hear it.

Greetings all, long-time lurker first-time poster.
We are using Web Publisher and notice that after a query, if you click
on "view" for an entry in a list, I get a 500 Internal Server Error. ISI
has suggested re-posting the databases, which we have, we also
un-installed and re-installed Reference Manager as well, and still we
get this error. We are sort of at our wits end!

Has any Web Publisher user encountered this? Any ideas?
