You may want to check and see "Authenticated Users" group had read
access to folder where database is?

Greetings all, long-time lurker first-time poster.
We are using Web Publisher and notice that after a query, if you click
on "view" for an entry in a list, I get a 500 Internal Server Error. ISI
has suggested re-posting the databases, which we have, we also
un-installed and re-installed Reference Manager as well, and still we
get this error. We are sort of at our wits end!

Try Bongaarts* as a query.
Has any Web Publisher user encountered this? Any ideas?
