Hi!
Open the RefMan in Read-Write Exclusive mode; open term manager:
tools/term manager/activate/keywords; right mouse click on the keyword
you want remove,
choose: purge. Then the list of terms offer to you alphaberically any
keyword that are not any more used in your database :)
