I get that challenge a lot. There is only one answer; there is another
similar reference in one of your databases. I had to look through 10 of
my databases for one reference but the duplicate was there.

Hi
I have one reference which appears twice in the bibliography in exactly
the same format, in fact both are labelled Author etc , 2005b (there is
a 2005a) I have deleted and replaced all the citations in the document
and they all refere to the same reference manager reference number but I
still get duplicate references just for this reference. Has anyone got
any ideas of what is happening?
