We are on Version 11 of Ref Mgr Professional Network Edition.
Every so often, the program just closes on it's own, you could be doing
an internet search, or just sorting the columns or inputting data. If
you are in the middle of an "add" and open back up and start the add
again, the number is skipped - say going from 2403 to 2405. You cannot
find 2404 and it does not seem to be there.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be causing this?
It has closed down on me for about the 10th time today.
