Hello,
Can I generate a ProCite database from a Word file with references? To
expand on that, my Word file (citations and reference list) was generated
using a ProCite 5.0 database. However, I lost my ProCite database when my
computer crashed, but I still have the Word document with the generated
citations. Is this possible?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Dear Colleagues,
It is possible, but a bit complicated, to do this. I'll send some
general instructions to Sanjeev Rana, and to anyone else who's
interested.
One way of importing a Word bibliographic file into Procite is through
the use of macros in Word, to convert the file into one which is tagged,
so that it can be recognized by a configuration file.
Cheers, Jean
