Hi,
the problem is:
Large amount of statistical/scientific data
in external textfiles. The form of the data is:
date, value_1, value_2, value_3, value_4
Does anybody now how to process the type 'date'
with Maple?
E.g. perfect would be, calculating the
offset in days from a given date to a fixed date.
Given: 11-23-2000
Fixed: 1-1-1970
Days: 11284 (calculated)
Thanks in advance for any hints.
Best regards
NR
PS. Up to now, I'm stuck with version Maple V R3,
so a non-special-version solution would be fine....
