Dear Muggers,
I am teaching a class to undergraduates which uses Maple. We have release 4
in our lab. Our students have purchased r5 and take work home and work on
the r4 worksheet with r5. They claim that they do not ask for a conversion
to r5 when asked. But then they bring their worksheets back to the lab and
only part of the worksheet is recovered when it is opened with r4 and they
have to do it over again. It is not transparent what is different on the r5
worksheet (no % or ").
Is there any way to achieve the r4 -> r5 -> r4 process without losing parts?
I can see that this will only get worse when we have students with r6.
