Bonjour,
I encounter a strange problem.
I am using the LinearAlgebra package to make intensive linear
computation (hardware, i.e., datatype=float[8] and Digits=15):
whereas `bytesalloc' seems to remain constant,
the memory effectivley used (according to Linux tools)
drastically increases in such a way that after a while Maple breaks
with an `ran out of memory' error message.
Did I miss something ?
How can we avoid it ?
Thanks in advance,
Jerome BENOIT

Are you running this in the GUI?
Is there a great deal of output (printing)?
Can you send a sample calculation, and which version of Maple you are running?
