I have a long column vector that is taller than the page height such that it spills onto the following page.
Is there any option to "break" the display of the vector such that it wraps onto the same page?

No. You can make a wrap into a matrix, but somebody has to make this
function.

No.
You could display the same vector several times in parallel and use the
table format vertical slider bar to manually select the 'next' column as
needed.
Alternatively, you could re-shape the vector into an array such that the top
of each column is the 'wrapped' value.
