[MATHCAD] Mathcad 2000 !?!
Author: H Wehrend    Posted: Wed, 22 Sep 1999 09:32:12 +0200
Hi everybody,

I totally aggree with Gregg Neill !

It's good that most of the bugs are solved for 2000, but they should
have been solved within vers. 8 patches. At least those bugs
that were new introduced with version 8 for old, well known features.

It's strange that only few days after releasing the last bugfix patch
( I use the German version, I hope it adresses also most of the bugs /
speed issues ) I'm expected to buy another version 2000 ???

Including the time I spent to work with this erroneous version 8 it becomes
the most expensive I have on my PC. I could have bought another more
expensive one from the beginning.

Where is the free update/ bugfix ?!?

At least for privat use I will not update to 2000 soon.

Btw. Although this listserver is not the manufacturers one, it
is the best forum to exchange our ( bad ) experiences. But it is the
manufacturers responsibility that it is overloaded with so many
of this frustating bugreports.
But this makes this list very valuable.

Best regards, H.Wehrend
