[mathcad] RE: Weird editor bugs (again)

Hi Andy,

yes, we've been following this, and yes, it's repeatable in version 13.
It doesn't seem to be just any old placeholder, or even just any old
placeholder in a matrix. But it's a logged bug now, so we'll get it.

Wierd.
