My Mathcad Signal Processing Pack includes two functions (Interpolate
and Resample) that use padding and decimation in the Fourier domain to
process 1-D signals.
Does anyone have any references that describe the technique in a
little more detail than in the Help file?
Is it possible to use similar techniques on 2-D data (images)? Does
anyone have any references on this?
