[mathcad] Vista question
Author: Marc Artzrouni    Posted: Mon, 21 Jul 2008 11:08:53 +0200
Hi:
I wasn't very optimistic when I tried to install Mathcad 2001i on a pc
with Vista - The installation went ok, but I had the
following message when I tried to open MathCad: "you must unload the
debugger before you run this program" - This seems to indicate
that there is something I can do to make Mathcad work, but of course I
have no idea what this debugger is and how to "unload" it.

I realize this debugger problem may be fatal - it's just that I feel
tantalizingly close !
I would be most welcome if anybody had a though on this question .
Marc Artzrouni

Windows Vista is a waste of time, $ and machine resources for pro
work.

You wont have any problems win XP Pro and MCad v. 2001i with which you
will be able to do "blow-uo-the-box" simulations or whatever else MCAD
will let you do. Well, provided you use O&O Clever Cache: you know ...
Bill let make the windows memory management on a Monday Morning ;-)

W/best wishes,

Dr. Aldo P. Solari (fisheries biologist)
