100% untrue. Personnel at Adeptscience (and Mathsoft, as well)
are serious, helpful and very sympathetic. They even serve users
like I, 3000 km away, non-customers of theirs, lost in the middle
of the Atlantic - as I am.
We have to be just and stating that these dedicated guys are
"inepts" is just plain crap.
For those who will set up some "conspiracy theory", hehe, the
answer is no: I am not the boy friend of the daughter of the
boss, I dont hold any Mathsoft shares and I dont get nothing for
free.
