Mike,

You can get the Mathcad 2001i User Guide at
http://support.mathsoft.com/mcad2001i/downloads.asp.

The Mathcad 11 User Guide is included with Mathcad 11 software in PDF form.
Just click on the Start/Program/Mathsoft Apps button.

Other free software downloads are available for registered users at
http://www.mathcad.com/download/.

The Mathcad Web Library has many Mathcad files and E-books at
http://mathcad.com/library.

Also many users post useful files and hints in the Mathcad User Forum
Collaboratory at http://collab.mathsoft.com/~mathcad2000.

I hope this helps,

Mona

In the recent Adept Scientific magazine, it was stated that free Mathcad
guides are available on their website. I've searched for them but cannot
find them - not under the info number quoted either. Any ideas?

Thanks Mona. I already had a look there. What I wanted specifically was
a series of five documents discussing the use of Mathcad in engineering.
These were mentioned on page 15 of Adept's Technical Computing Magazine.

Mike,

I haven't seen the latest Adept magazine. What they may be referring to are
some new worksheets we added to the QuickSheets in Mathcad resources. If so,
those QuickSheets come with Mathcad 11.

Thanks again. I have Mathcad 11, but the QuickSheets are not what I was
looking for. Still, it gave me a prod to try another menu button! I've
not looked at them before.

Hi

This refers to some documents we produced that discuss the application of
Mathcad in different engineering disciplines. You can find them here at
http://www.adeptscience.co.uk/products/mathsim/mathcad/info_packs/
They are a free download

I tried the link, but it would not retrieve the Electronics pack. I had
to use the ftp site. Apparently your link tries to find Electronic.pdf
rather than Electronics.pdf.

Even after I downloaded several of the packs, I found the graphics
(which included most of the equations and charts) to be unreadable. The
Telecommunications pack is very bad..

Mathcad also has this problem with their user guide in *.pdf format,
although not any where near as bad as this.

Bill

Hi

Thanks for pointing that out error, will fix it Monday. Graphic resolution
is a tough one, if we make the resolution good the files are huge, but
again we can look at this and give a choice perhaps.

Best Regards

Thanks Paul. I couldn't actually download them from this link, so I went
to the ftp site where, after a bit of browsing, I found them at:

ftp://ftp.adeptscience.co.uk/pub/Mathsoft/InfoPacks/
