[mathcad] 3D graphics
Author: Snelling, Dave    Posted: Fri, 8 Feb 2008 19:56:37 -0500
Is anyone else running Mathcad 14 under Windows Vista Ultimate? I have
a problem where Mathcad will not draw 3-D graphic surface plots although
it will draw contour plots for the same graph. It does not appear to be
a video driver issue.
After being slow to master the new technical support processes I have
finally got Mathcad looking at the problem, but with no success so far.
I would be interested to hear of other users experience with the new
methods of web-based technical support at PTC. I am probably too
reactionary, but I have found it confusing and not user-friendly
although I am finally getting the hang of it. I guess it is my own
fault for not having studied the 114 page user support manual issued by
PTC.
