I bought an HP computer with AMD-64 processor with Microsoft Windows XP
Media Center operating system. I installed MathCAD V2001i on it, and opened
several MathCAD programs that I wrote, which involve the use of programming,
units, 2-D plotting, etc. One of them is beam-column analysis using finite
element analysis. It seems ok so far.

Subject: [mathcad] AMD platform
Hello Mathcad users!
I can remember that some time ago unfavorable experience with Mathcad on
AMD platforms was here reported. Does anyone have any experience with
Mathcad running on the new 64 bit AMD processors?
