The attached file answers the question, "Does white noise have phase
noise?"
The original link I posted previously did not have the plots labeled as
to whether they were in the frequency or time domains.

So I modified the file, so that the graphs are now labeled. Also I made
it easy to change the number of samples, "p". And I put in comments in
the "teal" text color to explain some things as well.
White noise consists of real numbers only in the time domain. White
noise does have phase noise in the frequency domain.
