Can anyone help me? 1.Everytime I edit a citation, word reverts to viewing all field codes. I go in and check the box to make sure the field codes are hidden, and when I next edit a citation it reverts back to displaying all field codes 2. Everytime I edit a citation it reverts to a temporary citation, even though I have the CWYW preferences set to instantly format. I have to manually format each edit of a citation I have installed the patch Thanks

Subject: Word 2007: Citation in legend of picture

Hello, my situation is the following: I'm writing in a WORD-document, place a picture in it, place a legend under the picture and a citation in the legend. As long as the position of the picture is between the text all is fine. The first citation in the text gets number one and so on. Like: text text text picture legend [citation] text text text As soon as I place the picture so that it is surrounded by the text (and place a legend under the picture and a citation in the legend) the citation in the legend becomes number one - even if there are many others on the pages before. That's not what I want to have. (But I would like to use the surrounded pictures...) What am I doing wrong?
