All:
I'm using EndNote 7, 8 or 9 (depending on circumstances) on a Mac
PowerBook G4. The following problem occurs with all versions of EndNote I
have.
I produce documents for a web library catalog by importing MARC
(MAchine-Readable Cataloging, a format devised by the US Library of
Congress) records into EndNote using the MARC (CDL) filter, then exporting
the result as HTML using the Show All output style.
I have edited the Show All style in Layout to delete the Reference Type
and Record Number and to insert a single carriage return at the beginning
and end of each citation. The HTML file produced is one long, continuous
list; in other words, EndNote is not producing the end-of-paragraph at the
start and end of each citation.
Any ideas as to why it's doing this? And what to do about it?
