It will be appreciated if I can have any helpful comments about the problem
below
I have a problem in retrieving reference.
It seems everything is fine until I am searching directly from Endnote
after connection to Web of Science. However, it never download the
references into
"HTML Response" window and it said "Show HTML page "such results
summary--ISI eSource 1.0" in default browser?"
If I choose yes, it shows the results to my web browser with titles
only. If I choose no, it shows some parse failure message.
I tried the same copy with two other Windows 98 systems also. One of them
works perfectly but the other showed the same problem.
What do I do?
Thanks for your comments in advance

Try again later. To access Web of Science each institution has a limited
number of users conected at the same time, and this message indicate that
this number was achieved.

Hi,
I have been having the same trouble as JaeJoon Lee. I was interested to read
Adriano Paglia's suggestion that the problem was linked to the limited
number of connections to WoS per institution, and to try again later.
I have just tried it again on a Sunday, when I can guarantee that my
institution will not have exceeded it's user numbers, and the same problem
occours.
Thinking back to when I first had version 5 installed, when I attempted to
connect to WoS the Athens authentication dialog box used to pop up. The
search screen didn't appear until I had entered in my username and password.
Now however, the Athens authentication box does not appear at all, the
search page appears immediately, and I get the same message as JaeJoon:
Show HTML page "Search Results-summary--ISI eSource 1.0" in default browser.
When I first had Endnote 5 installed it was a standalone version. I now have
a network version. Could this be part of the problem?
Many thanks,

Hi,
Just in case anyone else was having the same trouble as me; ie failure
to connect to WoS through Endnote version 5, I have found the solution.
Amanda Hart from ISI (UK) very kindly pointed me to this website:
<http://wos.mimas.ac.uk/biblio_faq.html>
http://wos.mimas.ac.uk/biblio_faq.html
where MIMAS have posted instructions on how to configure UK copies of
EndNote to point at their Web of Science gateway.
Thank-you to everyone who sent me various solutions.
Arwen
