Graham,
I don't know anything about bibtex or latex, but the EN4 manual (p.131 of
the Windows edition) says:
User-contributed utilities and instructions for converting
BibTex files are at the EndNote FTP site:
ftp://ftp.endnote.com/pub/bibtex/.
