I am having troubles with repeated footnote citations of electronic sources in Chicago 15th A Style using Endnote 8.0 Mac and Word 2004.

The initial citation appears correctly, for instance:

Werner Breitung and Mark Günter, Local and Social Change in a Global City: The Case of Hong Kong (159) (Department of Geography, Loughborough University, 15 December 2004 [cited 24 October 2005]); available from http://www.lboro.ac.uk/gawc/rb/rb159.html.

But subsequent citations appear as follows:

Breitung and Günter, Local and Social Change in a Global City ([cited).

I am wondering if there is any way to force Endnote to drop the "([cited)" from the short form of the citation? Any advice would be most welcome
