Thanks for this and other solutions.
Although I had done what Francisco said, it brought me to another solution.
Apparently I had to put my endnote library in de map Palm/Add-on.
Now it works!

Carlo,
On your desktop Endnote application, go to Tools/Configure handheld Synch/
and select a file to synchronize.
