Just go in the references list, select your the citation in question with
the cursor, hold
"Ctrl" while pressing "c". This copies the citation. Then hold again "Ctrl"
while pressing
"v", this pastes a copy from the citation. When you press the second
key-combination several
times, you will get several copies, in which you can change the "wrong"
fields.

Matt Boreland wrote the message below. I had the same problem. I'm not quite
sure what's happending, but I deleted the entire section where the
bibliography goes (starting at the EN.REFLIST) and reinserted the
bibliography. This solved the problem.

Subject: bibliography disappearing when printing
I'm using EndNote 5 (which I'm quite happy with) but I'm having a problem
with printing bibliographies from Word. Putting in the references and
formatting the document works just fine, correctly inserting the in in text
numeric citations, and producing a the numbered bibliography at the end. But
when I print the document, the bibliography at the end of the document
changes for the numbered bibliography list to "EN.REFLIST", and that's all
that prints out. The "EN.REFLIST" is actually a field, which when toggled
shows " QUOTE EN.REFLIST {}". Reformatting the document brings back the
bibliography.
However I can invoke the
bibliography disappearing act by manual updating the bibliograghy field via
the right mouse button contextual menu in Word. So obviously something
spooky is happending with regards the EN5 generated fields in Word. BTW, I'm
using Windows 2000, and Word 2000.
Any ideas on what's happening here, and has anyone else experienced the same
behaviour.
Regards
Matt
