Hi
I was wondering and hoping that someone may be able to offer me some tips on
easily transferring citations from Reference Manager to Endnote.

Lucy,
Export your references in RIS format and then use EndNotes Reference
Manager (RIS) import option. It's all very well described on page 111
in the manual (version 4) or page 124 (version 3).
