This is not possible with EndNote, but there is a product called QUOSA that "mines" for PDFs and manages the bibliographic citations in EndNote or other bibliographic management packages. It is an amazing product, and I do not have an affiliation with the company in anyone--thus no bias :-). You can get a 30-day trial at http://www.quosa.com/

I'm new to EndNote and have searched the manual and online FAQs, etc., and I haven't found any indication of being able to download PDFs along with the citations and abstracts from online databases. So I'm turning to all you wonderful experienced people to ask...
