As I understand it, RefWorks can act both as a source and a target for
OpenURL. However EndNote and EndNote Web can only act as sources for
OpenURL. So you can use OpenURL to link from EndNote or EndNote Web to
another database, but you can't use OpenURL to get references into
EndNote or EndNote Web from another database.
