Hello,

I wonder if you accidentally hit the Unformat citations icon ..it turns
off CWYW for the remainder of that document and you must click Format
Bibliography each time you make an addition to the text to insert the
styled citation and if necessary a new entry in the bibliography (or
wait until the end of the paper to click format Bibiliography)..
Unformat citations overrides CWYW for that document only.

If this is the case, you can start a new document (click Unformat
citations, then select all/Copy) and Paste the text into the New
Document where CWYW will rule supreme again.
