"and" symbol

First off, a heart felt thank you to all of the people who have helped
me with my previous questions!
I have a very simple question. When modifying a style, how do you
change the "and" to "&" ? I would like the references in a style I am
modifying to look like this:
C. G. Leukefeld, & F. M. Tims. "Treatment of cocaine abuse and
dependence: directions and recommendations." NIDA Research Monograph,
135, 260-266, 1993.

This is in the style template,
file / edit style (choose 1st the sytle you want to edit)
select author list change the separator before last author.

Hi,
Hello,
Go into Styles Manager. Select your style. Click Edit button on right
In left frame Bibliography/Author Lists
Separators box 1 to 2 authors last column, Separator before last author
type
&
(you'll have to put a space before and after ampersand
click Save under File
if you want the ampersand at the end of a list of 3 or more authors, instead
of "and" type the & with a space before and after in the following box as
well.
