Subject: Can't open a colleagues Endnote file

Hi, One of my students just sent me her Endnote file so I can edit a paper of hers but I cannot open it. I select it in "Open Library" and it just refreshes the dialog box. When I clink on it directly, it opens Endnote 4 at the "select a Reference Library" screen. I'm not sure how to troubleshoot or get around this and I really need this file. Any help/advice would be appreciated. JT
